Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art Training Specialist to join our team at Novus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to working in a dynamic setting.
  • Pursue Award in Education within 6 months of employment.
  • Achieve the TAQA assessment qualification within probationary period.
  • Commit to gaining subject-specific qualification to train to Level 3 within 2 years.
  • Hold at least a Level 1 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy or commit to obtaining it within 1 year.
