About the Role:

Oakleaf Partnership seeks an experienced Human Capital Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention.

The successful candidate will lead recruitment initiatives, aiming to reduce reliance on external recruiters by leveraging platforms. They will also coach and develop line leaders, ensuring appraisals, performance management, and goal-setting processes are effective and meaningful.

A great commercial mindset, proactive and hands-on approach, and experience with HR systems are essential. People HR experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive, supportive culture across diverse teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact between C-suite and employees, helping to reinforce messages, gain trust, and maintain open communication.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives, aiming to reduce reliance on external recruiters by leveraging platforms.
  • Coach and develop line leaders, ensuring appraisals, performance management, and goal-setting processes are effective and meaningful.
  • Refresh policies, company values, and processes, updating a framework last refreshed in 2020.
  • Leverage HR systems for contract management, onboarding, and process automation.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in HR required.
  • Commercial mindset, proactive and hands-on approach essential.
  • Experience with HR systems necessary.
  • People HR experience preferable.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
