About the Role


We are seeking an experienced SEN tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an SEN tutor, you will work with students who require additional support and work closely with our dedicated tuition consultants to tailor your resources and teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.



Key Responsibilities



  • Resource Creation

Create engaging and tailored resources aligned with the KS2 and KS3 UK National Curriculum to meet the learning needs of students with special educational needs (SEN).


Teaching and Support

Deliver high-quality teaching and support to students, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs and interests.


Rapport Building

Establish strong relationships with students, promoting trust and confidence in the learning environment.


Session Reporting

Produce detailed session reports outlining the content covered, progress made, and any challenges faced to ensure effective tracking of student progress.


SEN Experience

Bring your experience of working with students with SEN to provide the highest level of support and guidance.

Important Notes


All pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, but there may be opportunities to convert to a permanent role in the future.
