About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and beverage services to our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverages in our kitchens
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our food preparation areas
  • Support our catering team in the delivery of food and beverage services across the site
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our catering services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a catering or food service environment
  • Basic education and numeric skills
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Desirable: NVQ Level 1 or cleaning experience in a similar field
