Private Equity Investment Manager

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is seeking a talented Private Equity Investment Manager to join its Direct Equity Team in Headquarters. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution, monitoring, and divestment of equity and quasi-equity investments across various sectors and geographies.
This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to deal origination, preparation, and execution, as well as portfolio monitoring. As part of a dynamic project team, you will be involved in all phases from origination to signing, followed by implementation and monitoring until full completion and exit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to structuring, implementation, and monitoring of equity and quasi-equity transactions
- Prepare robust financial models in Excel for potential investments
- Carry out initial valuation assessments using appropriate approaches
- Participate in negotiation and review of legal documentation and execution of transactions
- Ensure timely delivery of quality work and maintain productive relationships within the EBRD
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA desirable
- Strong quantitative/numerical skills with ability to interpret financial information and design financial models
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Good command of another language used in EBRD's region is an advantage
- Significant relevant private equity experience (5+ years preferred)
