About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our stockroom operations and drive performance targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to achieve stockroom and stock processing targets, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve stockroom processes, identify and solve problems, and drive the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Work closely with the sales floors and store management team to ensure smooth running of stockroom processes and support the sales team as needed.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring team members to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
  • Ensure that our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible.

About You:

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about our customers, our people, and our products. You will be a great communicator, able to work naturally with people at all levels, and stay calm and approachable even under pressure. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to problem-solve, make sound business decisions, and generate innovative ideas to take the business forward.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a team and driving performance targets.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve stockroom processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Experience in working to productivity-related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
