Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer with experience in Industrial Doors and Roller-Shutters to join our team as an Industrial Door Service Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Security Product Installation and Maintenance specialist, covering Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field maintenance and installation on Industrial doors, Roller-Shutters, and Fire-Shutters
  • Conduct site surveys with clients to identify and resolve issues
  • Work on a days-based schedule (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) with opportunities for overtime
  • Participate in an on-call rota, working one week in three
  • Utilize company-provided vehicles and tools for work-related tasks
Requirements
  • Industrial Door/Roller Shutter background and mechanical/electrical knowledge in the industrial and garage door industry
  • Valid UK driving license and IPAF, PASMA, and DHF Industrial and Garage Door Diploma (or willingness to obtain)
