Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

As a Mixology Maestro, you will be responsible for crafting unique drink experiences and delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will work closely with our hotel team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage orders, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

• Create signature cocktails using fresh ingredients and creative recipes.
• Brew coffee and tea as needed to keep guests energized.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately, prioritizing excellent customer service.
• Restock supplies and equipment regularly to maintain a fully equipped bar for every shift.
