As a Care Support Assistant at ARC Group, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to individuals with learning disabilities. With a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, resilient, and compassionate, with excellent communication skills. A UK experience as a care or support worker is essential, and transport is desirable but not essential. Online DBS is also desirable but not essential.

We are looking for dedicated and committed support workers to work in the Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have the ability to treat service users with respect at all times and follow instructions and care plans at individual settings.
