Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Lead Teacher Assistant Administrator to join our team at ACADEMICS in East London. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role and be able to provide support to our post 16 lead teacher.

The successful applicant will work on a part-time basis, three days per week, with flexibility to work from home (WFH). They will also attend PEP meetings in schools and liaise with various organisations regarding pupil placement details and college information.

Salary: £24,500 - £29,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the post 16 lead teacher
  2. Maintain the Excel database for pupils tracking
  3. Liaise with various organisations regarding pupil placement details and college information
  4. Attend PEP meetings in schools
