Job Description: Audit and Effectiveness Specialist

Join us at Business Smart Solutions as we strive to deliver exceptional services to Children with Disabilities. We are seeking a talented Audit and Effectiveness Specialist to lead our efforts in ensuring that our policies and procedures meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC), with experience working in a complex multi-functional organisation. You should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000.

Accountabilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with health and social care stakeholders to ensure that our services meet statutory requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.
  3. Contribute to the development of comprehensive person-centred assessments, ensuring that Children and Young People receive the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in Local Government.
  • Hold a Nursing and Midwifery Council professional membership.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver results.
