Job Overview:

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Educator to join our team.

This role involves working with children in an educational setting, following a set schedule, and collaborating with parents and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and deliver engaging educational activities for children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  2. Observe and assess children's development and progress, identifying areas of strength and improvement.
  3. Create a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
  4. Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.
  5. Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and incidents, providing valuable insights for future planning.
Requirements:
  1. A valid Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education and care.
  2. A valid DBS check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. First Aid certification, enhancing the ability to respond to emergencies and provide quality care.
  2. Safeguarding training, providing a deeper understanding of child protection and welfare.
