Main Responsibilities:
  • Prescribing and online clinical triage to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Management of minor illnesses and long-term condition advice to drive innovation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with multi-professional teams to deliver expert care and drive modernisation.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Independent prescribing qualification.
  • Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Previous general practice experience is desirable.
