We are seeking a skilled Bank Prescribing Pharmacist to join our team at Operose Health. As a Bank Prescribing Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in supporting our practices across Birmingham with continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave.
Main Responsibilities:- Prescribing and online clinical triage to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Management of minor illnesses and long-term condition advice to drive innovation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
- Collaboration with multi-professional teams to deliver expert care and drive modernisation.
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Independent prescribing qualification.
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in prioritisation and decision-making.
- Previous general practice experience is desirable.
