Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist - Accounts Payable Role

A dynamic and growing organization in the Hereford area is seeking a meticulous and efficient Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team. This part-time role offers a competitive pro-rata salary of £28,000 per year, allowing for a flexible schedule of 25 hours per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, particularly within the accounts payable function. Key responsibilities include processing purchase invoices, credit notes, and payment runs, as well as reconciling supplier statements and handling queries.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in financial management, working closely with the finance team to support the business's ongoing growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role, possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
