About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Joiner to join our team at Argyll Community Housing Association.
Main Responsibilities:
- Constructing stud work, door facings and skirting in domestic properties within a Social Housing Environment
- Refurbishments, fitted kitchens, flooring, bathrooms, windows and fencing
- Working with the general public and in occupied properties
Requirements:
- City and Guilds SVQ level 2/3 or equivalent
- Full competency in roughing & finishing
- A sound understanding of risk assessment, COSHH and general Health and Safety responsibilities
