Job Title: Senior Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Project Manager to join our client's team in the West Midlands. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery and change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transformation projects, developing and agreeing project plans with stakeholders, identifying and managing dependencies and risks.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality parameters.
  • Utilise project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes, including risk management and mitigation.
  • Proactively seek out and tackle challenges that will prevent the delivery of business benefits in transformation projects.
  • Prepare and present reports on project deployment effectiveness to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Experienced in the commercial sector, having delivered business transformation programs that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and commercial success.
  • Proven track record in delivering large multi-disciplinary projects from development, delivering change, and embedding into business as usual.
