The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers in creating and managing critical paths, driving process improvements across the Product and Packaging Pathway, and becoming a PM systems expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Project Managers to identify the best dates for Gate meetings and book them in using the central Food Devs Diary
  • Support the team with the Project Management Platform, FIND, to create projects, attach the right critical path, and manipulate that critical path
  • Learn to use the Product Information System, DigiPAL, to create DigiPALs and track down missing information from stakeholders
  • Run reports from FIND to share key information on products, projects, or categories, including annual audits
  • Work effectively with the second Assistant Project Manager to manage incoming requests to a central mailbox and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Proactively manage your own priorities and workload in close collaboration with Project Managers, supporting different categories as needed
  • Administer and update critical paths on FIND and internal business systems
  • Support Project Managers with follow-up actions following Stage and Gate Meetings
  • Support data reporting into Power BI
  • Organise and diarise gate meetings within the diary, working with PAs to ensure timely delivery
