Requirements
  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with substantial post-qualification experience in employment law, preferably at the Senior Associate or Legal Director level.
  • Proven expertise in industrial relations, including advising on trade union negotiations, collective disputes, and TUPE matters.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to provide commercially astute advice.
