Technical Leadership Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Technical Lead to join our team at HireTalent - Diversity Staffing & Recruiting Firm. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical performance and stability of our ERP D365 system implemented three years ago.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the technical implementation of new functionalities, extending the platform's capabilities through code development (e.g., SSRS Report Changes, X++).
* Reduce and simplify existing customizations while maintaining high-quality code that adheres to Microsoft development standards.
* Provide D365 Application Development Support by investigating and diagnosing system issues, identifying possible fixes, and enhancing system stability.

**Requirements & Expertise:**

* Proficiency in X++ or similar languages.
* Familiarity with SSRS Report changes.
* Basic knowledge of programming, product development, architecture/DevOps trends, and full-stack software development.
* Drive continuous improvement and manage technological risk.
