Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer to join our team in London. As a Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing geotechnical structures, carrying out desktop studies, and mentoring junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design geotechnical structures, including retaining walls, slopes, foundations, and infrastructure.
  2. Conduct desktop studies to inform design decisions.
  3. Mentor junior members of the team to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Geotechnical Design Engineer, with a strong understanding of soil mechanics.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Excel, Alp, PDisp, Rocscience Slide, ADC Adsec, Oasys Pile, and WALLAP.
  • Degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering (with a geotechnical focus), or similar (MSc).
  • Full and clean UK Driving Licence, and the right to work in the UK.
