We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The Design Manager will be responsible for managing site technical documentation, supervising the technical aspects of site work, and coordinating with the Nuclear New Build Generation Company. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical documentation, focusing on installation and commissioning procedures.
  • Supervise technical aspects of site work and present procedures to workers.
  • Handle technical issues with the Nuclear New Build Generation Company and Responsible Designer.
  • Coordinate and manage client comments on technical documents and responses from our client.
  • Manage Field Change Requests (FCR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

Requirements:
  • Experience in design management, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lifting and handling equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
