Job Title: Automotive Paint Sprayer

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our team at Tru Talent. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, mixing paint to ensure a perfect match, and spraying high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free of debris
  • Mix paint to achieve a precise match, taking into account color, finish, and texture
  • Spray paint vehicles to a high standard, using water-based paints and adhering to industry best practices
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure a defect-free finish
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer or equivalent role
  • City & Guilds qualification or equivalent ATA accreditation
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
