Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Pension Manager. As a key member of our trustee board, you will ensure effective governance, oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage communications and activities on behalf of the trustees.

About the Role:
Pension managers play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of pension schemes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting regular reviews of compliance processes to ensure the scheme meets all legal and regulatory standards.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly updates on governance, compliance, and risk management for trustee review.
• Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate, timely updates on scheme finances and providing quarterly financial reports to trustees.

Requirements:
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in pension scheme management, preferably with in-house experience. You should have a deep understanding of pension scheme governance, compliance requirements, and trustee responsibilities. Relevant professional qualifications in pensions management, governance, or financial services are preferred.
