Technical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team at TQR's Plymouth site. As part of the Manufacturing Engineering Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault diagnosis and repair of electro-mechanical issues using methodical problem-solving approaches.
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery as required.
- Ensure all manufacturing equipment is set up correctly and meets Quality Control specifications.
- Continuous monitoring of line performance and proactively addressing bottlenecks and areas of waste.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing environments.
- City & Guilds, HND, HNC, BTEC or Time Served Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- IT literacy and process-driven approach.
