Our client, a leading provider of fleet management and safety solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join their team at Psixty Recruitment Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be office-based and responsible for discovering and nurturing qualified business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high volume of sales activities per day, including account research and outbound calls
- Recording information accurately in CRM
- Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs and targets
- Developing new innovative ways to generate leads
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a B2B sales role
- Experience using CRM
- Ability to establish relationships with C-level executives
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Drive and motivation to win business
The Business Development Representative will be rewarded with:
- £34k-£37k per year (depending on experience)
- Uncapped Commission
- 25 days annual leave
