The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

This is a Hybrid working role that requires attendance at our office in Sheffield. We are seeking an experienced Data Management Team Lead to join our HR services team, who will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, organisational success, and fostering a positive work environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the product backlog of tickets, providing stakeholders with timely updates and pushing resolutions.
  • Assist in the prioritisation of tickets and change requests on PCM (People Case Management).
  • Participate and often lead scrum events on the product, facilitating discussions and actions.
  • Act as primary contact for PCM change, gaining buy-in from stakeholders while gathering clear instructions for developers.
  • Help communicate the vision by creating and sharing product roadmaps.
  • Manage key compliance tasks to ensure integrity of PSP (People System Portal) / PCM data and its users in conjunction with internal and external audit.


Requirements

To excel in this role, you will possess:



  • Excellent data management and analytical skills, experience working with large data sets and reconciliations.
  • Experience working on a technical helpdesk and demonstrating trouble-shooting analytical ability.
  • Good organisational skills and a track record of delivering to tight deadlines while working flexibly to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads of self and others, meeting KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
