Bodyshop Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Controller to lead our team at Sytner Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the productivity and efficiency of the Bodyshop department, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled technicians and support staff to achieve departmental targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, including estimates, invoices, and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in automotive repair and management. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Audatex and VDA systems, with the ability to use them to manage and maintain accurate records.
