About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide life-changing treatment, support, and care to adults with communication, eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients, relatives, staff, and external agencies.
- Continuously demonstrate specialist clinical skills in practice and provide support and advice to colleagues.

Requirements
- Current registration with HCPC and RCSLT.
- Professional knowledge acquired through degree, short specialist courses, and equivalent knowledge and experience in specialist field adults with acquired conditions.
- Full understanding of relevant policy, legislation, and guidance relevant to clinical and service area.
