Family Solicitor Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team as Practice Head and contribute to the development of the team and the firm's reputation in private family matters. This is an office-based role with court attendance.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide legal advice on financial decisions and be involved with dissolving divorce and civil partnership, and children arrangements
* Manage a varied caseload, demonstrating experience in co-habitation and separation agreements, divorce and name change, ancillary relief, cohabitation agreements, private children and parental responsibilities, pre and post nuptials, and advocacy skills
* Develop the practice and clients, and raise your own visibility in the industry by attending seminars and being involved in marketing
