Freelance Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in main contractor work and experience in social housing projects, including decent homes, R&M, voids, compliance, and planned works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen our commercial team as part of a contract in partnership with a local authority
  • Work closely with the existing team to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
  • Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and commercial management

Requirements:

  • Main contractor background with experience in social housing projects
  • Strong knowledge of decent homes, R&M, voids, compliance, and planned works
  • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
