Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Efficiently manage stock deliveries, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
