About the Role

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join their team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for securing the sale of new homes and achieving contract exchanges and legal completions in line with company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize sales tools, promotions, and incentives to manage all sales proceedings, including regular contact with customers regarding contract exchange deadlines.
  • Record all visitors' sales and sales of optional extras, providing feedback and reports regarding visitor's sales and proceedings.
  • Liaise with the Site Manager regarding sales and production issues on site.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed regarding customer access into the construction areas of the development.
  • Compile competitor reports, including selling and selling prices, and provide feedback to management as required.
