Early Years Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our Early Years provision in the Redcar/East Cleveland area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

About the Role:
  • This role requires a strong leader who can manage all aspects of the nursery, including staff, operations, and finances.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
  • The nursery manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and education, ensuring the well-being and safety of children.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, based on experience. We offer a competitive salary, market-leading benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the nursery team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education.

  4. Build and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and the local community.
