Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Bond Rec in Devon. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to work closely with the Director and contribute to the success of our firm.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a good sense of humour, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including report template updates, updating advice file check sheets, and checking files for completeness.

  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is essential, as you will be working closely with the Director and handling sensitive client information.
  • You will also be responsible for gathering data for policies, such as platform due diligence, and adding fees and policies onto our Intelligent Office system.
  • We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual who can step in to help the office manager or servicing manager when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Report Template Updates: You will be responsible for updating report templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Advice File Check Sheets: You will update advice file check sheets to ensure all necessary information is included.

File Checking: You will check files for completeness and accuracy.

Data Gathering: You will gather data for policies, such as platform due diligence.

IO System Updates: You will add fees and policies onto our Intelligent Office system.
