Lead RFIC Design Engineer Sought

Are you an experienced RF engineer looking for a new challenge? IC Resources is seeking a skilled Principal Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing, laying out, and RFOW of RFIC, MMICs, and Microwave/mmWave modules.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality RFIC, MMICs, and Microwave/mmWave modules
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals
• Perform RF test, characterization, and validation of MMIC's
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Smith charts and s-parameter measurements
• Participate in load-pull characterization projects

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and location. This is an outside IR35 contract with a potential extension for up to six months. You will work onsite in North-East UK. In addition to your base salary, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise as part of our dynamic design team.
