Job Title: Development Executive

At STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for understanding new clients' business operations, identifying opportunities, and designing insurance solutions to protect their material assets and liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to expand their portfolio and produce new business leads for the sales team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company and personal targets.
  • Offer and present insurance solutions, including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive forward new business and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial insurance.
  • Experience of fleet insurance is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to drive forward new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Full driving licence.
