Aerospace Health Specialist

We are seeking an Aerospace Health Specialist to join our team at RPS Group. This is a dynamic role that involves conducting health surveillance, fitness for work medicals, and health promotion to clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audiometry and Spirometry
- Skin assessments and Hand Arm Vibration (Tier 1 & 2)
- Fitness for work medicals (i.e. driver, working at height medicals or vision screening)
- Drug & alcohol testing
- Venepuncture
- Wellbeing medical and health promotion
- Driving a mobile screening unit Nationwide (including UK & Ireland)
Requirements:
- Previous Occupational Health experience including health surveillance and/or fitness for work medicals
- Able to complete overnight stays and extensive travel throughout the UK (overnight stays may be Monday – Friday depending on client requirements)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Experience and/or willingness to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
- Competent IT user (MS Office suite and/or electronic medical records systems)
- Ability to work autonomously
About the Role:
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, with the option for overtime to take you to around £30,000 per annum. We offer excellent reward packages, a diverse and inclusive culture, and ample opportunities for career advancement within our organisation.
