Are you passionate about driving innovation and change in the Health and Social Care sector? Do you have a track record of delivering against sales targets and building strong relationships with clients?

As a Sales Director at Quantexa, you will be responsible for owning and executing the sales go-to-market strategy for the UK Healthcare sector team. You will work closely with the Head of UK Public Sector to develop and implement a sales plan that meets or exceeds sales targets.

This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, with experience in positioning and selling enterprise software solutions. You will also need to collaborate with the Healthcare Industry Leader to ensure alignment both externally and internally.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS, Integrated Care Boards, Trusts, and Local Authorities
  • Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts through consultative sales-based approach
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to achieve sales goals

Our estimated salary for this role is £90,000-£130,000 per annum, based on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, pension scheme, and private healthcare.
