We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Housing Apprenticeship team as a Housing Apprenticeship Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, delivering high-quality training and support, and monitoring their progress throughout their apprenticeship journey.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a relevant academic or industry-related qualification to at least level 3. You will also need to be qualified to TAQA (A1, D32, 33) and hold an internal verifier award (V1) or be willing to obtain one within 12 months. Ideally, you will hold a recognized teaching qualification to intermediate level or be willing to achieve one within two years.

This is a part-time position, working between 18-20 hours per week. You will have access to a wide range of benefits and support, including a competitive salary, employee assistance program, regular staff physical activity sessions, and a cycle to work scheme.
