About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our Building Solutions Team at Fawkes and Reece. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Pre-Construction activities on projects up to £10m.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Pre-Construction activities from tender issue through to handover to the operational team.
- Work collaboratively with the Pre-Construction team, including governance, commercial, estimating, planning, and design management.
- Attend site visits to view projects during the Pre-Construction stage and engage with designers and supply chain partners.
Requirements
- HNC/HND/Degree in a construction or engineering subject and/or Membership of a relevant body (CIOB, APM, CIAT, RICS).
- Previous Pre-Construction experience on projects up to £10m with strong experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
