Job Description:

Pandora A/S seeks a highly skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operational running of its stores. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and motivating the in-store team, setting an example in exemplary customer service, and driving sales growth through effective target-setting and achievement. Key skills include adaptability, flexibility, and strong communication abilities. Additionally, the ability to set and achieve sales targets is essential.

A competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, accompanied by a monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets are achieved, with a potential 20% bonus if stretch targets are achieved, makes this role attractive to candidates seeking a rewarding career in retail management.
