Automotive Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled MET Strip Fitter and Technician to join our team at Tru Talent in Kidderminster. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
- Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician.
- Technical qualification such as NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ.
- Prior experience working as a MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter in a busy body shop.
- Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
- Experience with Geometry work and 4 wheel Alignment.
- Demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
- Diagnostics training.
Salary and Benefits:
Up to £22p/h (DOE) + Bonus, flexible hours 40-45 hour week Monday - Friday.
