We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Holmes Care Group. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the nursing team and oversee all aspects of resident care, including assessments, planning, and evaluation.
- Provide excellent nursing care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Oversee medicine management and ensure the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support the Service Manager in promoting high standards of nursing care and ensuring the smooth running of the home.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a safe, caring, and stable environment for our residents.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant nursing qualification. You will also need to demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude, with a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
