Business Continuity Expertise for Kuehne+Nagel

About the Role

You will provide Business Continuity (BC) expertise to Kuehne + Nagel Government and Defence (KNGD), working within the Programme, Risk, and Infrastructure team to deliver a tailored BC program. This includes training KNGD employees, creating documentation and procedures to ensure operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement BC plans to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity of critical business functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement controls to prevent or minimize disruptions
  • Provide training and awareness programs to KNGD employees on BC best practices and procedures
  • Conduct regular BC exercises and drills to test the effectiveness of BC plans and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Business Continuity, with experience in developing and implementing BC plans, and providing training and awareness programs. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
