Financial Support Role

We are seeking a part-time finance assistant to support our team in Central Cambridge. This is a temporary role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work on-site with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial reports, cash flow, and account transfers.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and credit control.
  • Support in preparing annual accounts for audit and liaise with auditors.
  • Handle banking transactions and weekly service charge collections.
  • Update records and assist in grant applications and budgeting.
  • Collaborate on reports for stakeholders and prepare annual reports.

Experience with QuickBooks is essential for this role, as you will need to clear a backlog and ensure accurate financial records.
