**Spa Therapist - Part Time Weekend Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team at Ufford Park Resort. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments to our guests, promoting our retail products, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth knowledge and advice on spa procedures and products to guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with all current spa promotional offers and ensure that guests are aware of these.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional service, upselling treatments, and promoting retail products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of guests' requirements and suitability for treatments and products.
  • Deliver all treatments to the highest professional standard, ensuring that guests receive a truly exceptional experience.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy spa environment, ensuring that treatment rooms are fully stocked with required products and items.
  • Meet or exceed product sales targets set by the Spa Manager.
  • Perform reception duties in the spa and occasionally in the leisure club, including cash handling.
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and tidy work area at all times.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required, including promotional events.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and presentation at all times.
  • Comply with all legal requirements regarding health and safety, COSHH, and manual handling.
  • Report any maintenance issues within the spa to the Spa Manager.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification.
  • Ability to provide clear instruction and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Great communication and sales skills.
  • Reliable and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to undertake further training.
  • Polite, informative, and respectful demeanor.
  • High standard of personal appearance and presentation.
  • Takes pride in role and has a calm and engaging personality.
