Spa Professional

At David Lloyd Leisure, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spa Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members and visitors.

• Contribute to the delivery of revenue and profit targets for the site
• Ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times
• Assist with duties throughout the spa and contribute to the smooth running of the operation
• Support the operation/service of the Spa restaurant as required
• Adhere to the ways of working and Brand Standards
• Be a team player, assisting in other areas of the club if required

• Clean and maintain the communal areas of the spa and ensure they're ready for use by clients/members at all times
• Tour day spa visitors around the spa to demonstrate the facilities and highlight the spa facilities and recommended journey
• Cover reception during breaks to take telephone calls, bookings, and payments
• Meet and greet our clients/members in a polite and professional manner
• Carry out opening and closing procedures as outlined in the brand standards
• Achieve the monthly retail target for spa products
• Prepare laundry during quiet periods and maintain the cleanliness of the spa
• Carry out chemical testing of pools within the spa
• Monitor Pool capacities
• Become familiar with all new product launches and promotions both in the spa and the club
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Capture member/client feedback
