Global Head of Project Engineering

Lead and coordinate engineering activities across Europe and Asia, consolidating project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables.

Oversee global Project Engineering Management (PEMs) teams in multiple regions, managing technical interfaces and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams.

Manage the global engineering budget, track progress, identify cost-saving opportunities, and allocate resources across Europe and Asia to ensure optimal project delivery.

Define and implement the global engineering execution strategy, identifying technical risks and driving mitigation plans for successful project outcomes.

Act as the primary engineering liaison with global customers, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and overseeing key technical meetings and document exchanges.

Lead the management of technical documentation across regions, ensuring consistency and compliance, while tracking and addressing customer feedback.

Drive the deployment of cutting-edge engineering tools and processes globally, ensuring compliance with international standards and managing design reviews across multiple regions.

Support technical integration and interface management with global suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment across regions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in engineering within EPC environments, such as T&D, Power Generation, or Oil & Gas.
  • Expertise in engineering areas like civil work, plant configuration, control systems, or electrical design.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of project risks and financial processes.
  • Willingness to travel globally for short- to medium-term assignments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to lead in dynamic environments and consistently deliver results.
