About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Impact Manager to join our Sustainability team based at Trinity House or Westwood on a Permanent basis. This role will involve providing thought-leadership to business leaders on social impact identification and communication, setting up strategic steering to ensure prioritisation and coordination of social impact initiatives, representing E.ON UK in social impact forums and communities, exploring and project managing external partnerships to amplify social value impact, leading market reviews of social impact frameworks to support monitoring and optimisation, developing E.ON UK's social value policy and principles, and managing the UK's contribution to E.ON SE's reporting on social topics and Human Rights.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inform and unlock social impact opportunities for E.ON in the UK.
  • Provide thought-leadership to business leaders on social impact identification and communication.
  • Set up strategic steering to ensure prioritisation and coordination of social impact initiatives.
  • Represent E.ON UK in social impact forums and communities.
  • Explore and project manage external partnerships to amplify social value impact.
  • Lead market reviews of social impact frameworks to support monitoring and optimisation.
  • Develop E.ON UK's social value policy and principles.
  • Manage the UK's contribution to E.ON SE's reporting on social topics and Human Rights.
