Job Title: Human Resources Advisor - Employee Relations Specialist

Location: Remote (with occasional office visits)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to our People Managers on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
  • Work closely with our HR Business Partner to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, HR policies, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our People Managers to ensure they have the necessary support and resources to manage employee relations effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects that support the business's strategic objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to our People Managers on employee relations best practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our People Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide sound advice and guidance in complex situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
